Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the 'Sign up' button in the top right corner, choose your profession, and follow the setup wizard. You can start with our free plan and upgrade anytime.

Is Elevatr really free?

Yes! Our free tier includes up to 200 experience log entries, basic progress tracking, and PDF report generation. No time limits or hidden fees.

What professions does Elevatr support?

Elevatr is designed to work with any profession that requires experience tracking. We have specific features for surveyors, engineers, nurses, electricians, pilots, therapists, and many more.

Experience Logging

How do I log my professional hours?

Go to your dashboard and click 'Log Hours'. Select your workplace, category, date, and hours worked. Add a description of what you did, and save. It's that simple!

Can I import hours from spreadsheets?

Yes! Professional and Organization plans include bulk import features. You can upload CSV files with your existing hour logs.

How do I get supervisor verification?

Add your supervisor's contact information, then send them a verification request through Elevatr. They'll receive an email with a secure link to review and digitally sign off on your hours.

Billing & Subscriptions

Can I change my plan anytime?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes! We offer 50% off for students and qualifying nonprofit organizations. Contact us with verification of your status.

Data & Security

Is my data secure?

Can I export my data?
